How can I improve?
This is the perfect opportunity for you to give me a grade, for once. I want to know what you think I should do to improve as a teacher. Consider everything: teaching style, assignments, grading, homework. You don't have to sign your name, so don't worry that I'll "get you back" (as if!). Just let me have it, but try to be realistic. If you tell me not to give homework, I'm not going to read your other ideas because I'll think that you're unserious.

one way that mr. kringel improve is by making class more fun. he can make class more fun by sometimes having class outside. for example when he makes us do the socratic semenor, thats something we do outside and it's fun. mr. kringel can also improve by having more tutorials. also by having more activities like phylosofical chairs. he is still a good teacher.
ReplyDeleteI think you can iprove by teaching a littel bit funner. Like giving out candy when we answer a coorect questions.Also by leting us work with our own groups. Incase that doesn't work then a punishment could be putting with someone they don't want to be with.You could also inprove by briging us to the computer lab more often.You could also improve by giving out permission slips for meeting afterschool somewhere.Thats how i think you could a better teacher.
ReplyDeleteYou can improve your teaching style by maybe making review games for your students for every lesson. Make a game that will actually help the students remember what they have learned. Make it a fun game as well not just a boring one. Maybe a jepordy game or matching game where you make the students get in groups and compete against eachother,then reward the winnning team with a little reward.
ReplyDeleteWell, Mr.Kringel I think that you could maybe give a bit more homework and much more fun projects for you're English class and your AVID class,and you should also keep the AVID grading system. The only reason I'm saying this is so the AVID kids won't have to worry just about corneal notes and and more projects or activates for your English class, so it won't be so boring(No offense).
ReplyDeleteA good way to improve is by making learning fun. For example you can teach a lesson but add an activity to it.some activities students will enjoy are: play in groups,debate but not very formal that way students can feel enthusiastic about learning.

I really think that school should not be a stresful inviremint for kids but shod encourage kids to do well. The school shad have god computer programs. In one class there shad be students woking on the computer on there leval. For example 1 class can have 1 secshon for algebra, 1 section for biologe and onather for chemistery.That way a smart student dosent get held bake deucas of other bad students. The techers also need to understan the tip of homwork they give. I as a student fell that homewoke is a esential for learning.However I also think that some teachers give so much that some students stay after 1:00am going there woke and they still have to wake up for school at 6:00am. with only 5 hores of sleep students will never lern the what the thechers tech.
ReplyDeleteYou should let get more free time, Espicailly cause we are teeagers.You can make learning fun and exciting that the students would want to learn more and improve there knowladge.You should make them sit were every they want so they can feel confortable with who they are.Dont argue much because students get freaked out.Dont give out to much work because the still have other classes to work on.
ReplyDeleteI think that you should give us at least some free time.You should be give us some free time becuase we ear it when we behave well on some classes.Well,we should earn at least time to talk to our friends and do some activities.Also,if we are doing well on work then yeah I know that we will have extra time.
ReplyDeleteA good way that you can improve as a teacher is to have more hands on projects and have games that involve learning in them. Just make learning fun in a new and creative way...
ReplyDeleteI think you are a great teacher but could improve. You can give candy away to the student who answer the right question. Because that encourage students to answer more question and it makes student to have fun and exciting. You can also take them to field trip because student like to go to field but maker sure it a fun because some don't like to got to boring field trip. Also, take them to lunch with as a reward for doing good in your class.
ReplyDeleteI believe that you as a teacher could improve in many ways.Let me start with your teaching styles,well i think that you dont need to improve on that,you are awsome at teaching.Grading is okay for your style but i think you could improve on that by maybe being a little more stricter.i think you should give homework once a week or twice.Giving assignments are good,the way you assign them.The assignments you give are really helping me out.They maybe even helpful throughout life.
ReplyDeleteI think that you should make learning fun. There are many ways you could do it for example teaching outside or take us to draw something natural. Also in class we could make projects like posters to show how we feel about something. Maybe we could go in a picnic and have fun playing something. For your classes and AVID maybe you could take us in more field trips.
ReplyDeleteI really think that you should teach in a fun way.You can teach in a fun way by giving candy or giving other stuff away to the students answer something right. When we have tutorial and you see that a group is doing what they are suppose to be doing(which is someone writing a question on the white board and answering the question)and give them candy.Also, you might want to make your A.V.I.D students do more presentations about the University the students want to go. In addition you should give more homework. You might want to give test and if they fail the test let them re-take the test.
ReplyDeleteWell,I think your doing a great job as a teacher but what i think you should improve on is that, you should teach in a fun way. Like for example: you can teach you students outside. Or you can tech like Socretes(By just asking pure questions. You can also teach with humor.I would love it if you would teach me in a way that would make me laugh and learn.I would also like if if you would give fun project, not just boring old essays, but projects. Like, posters or something creative. So thanks and please consider my examples. When people have fun it is something they will remember.
ReplyDeleteTO IMPROVE AS A TEACHER YOU SHOULD BE MORE CREATIVE , MAKE GAMES UP THAT WILL ALSO HELP STUDENTS REMEMBER AND THAT THEY LIKE WHAT THEY DID. example: makeup a game when you are done give little papers to the students and ask the if they liked it or not ,if they didn't liked it tell then what should they do to memorize what they just learned. You should also give homework but also not so much money as you usually give like you should give a lot of reading but also you should have a lot of fun.
ReplyDeleteI think that you can improve being a teacher in many ways. First of all, kids do things for rewards. You can give out more candy(more than you already give out) and you should give it out more often. I assure you that kids will do things for chocolate.I know that I will. You can also give out slips for a drawings that can happen every month or something.
ReplyDeleteThere are also many cool projects that you can do. Kids also love doing hands on activities instead of sitting in their seats all day. You could do an activity that involves kids working with their families. I hope that this can help.
One reason Mr.Kringel, is that you have to come early in Avid. You should teach in a fun and better way. To improve as a better teacher, you should be more nice to your students and don't give out any conduct marks to whoever doesn't do there homework in English class. You should also try teaching outside like Socretese and Playto. I think we should have more fun Fridays every Friday instead of like every other week. I think that Avid should start at 7:50 instead of 7:30. I think that your students should always finish homework in class instead of at home.

One way to improve is to teach the class out side when talking about nature.Or other object involve with the outside to look at it not to imagine it when the teacher says to. It might be easy to understand it a bit better than imaging it. Another way it can be improve is the new teaching styles. In a way by per. computers it can be easy to not just wast paper that all student can carry their own laptop. It can be even faster and easy to do it that way. Homework should not be canceled out at ALL!!!! Why? Well that review at home even there is a lot.
